skipjack tuna poki bowl

Poki bowl is one of the most popular rice bowls in Japan. Like in Hawaii, where it is made in its authentic form, it is made with a variety of fish, such as tuna or salmon. The flavor base is basically soy sauce and sesame oil, to which shiso and green onion are added to create a taste that the Japanese like. This time I used bonito.

Bonito is rich in EPA and DHA. Avocados, which are well-known as a healthy food, are rich in vitamin E and are excellent for protecting against ultraviolet rays. In addition, if the rice is brown rice, the autonomic nervous system can be regulated more.
